About Joe Ruggeri
Joe Ruggeri is a freelance web developer based in Pawcatuck, Conn. Joe offers web design and development solutions for small businesses and organizations in southeastern Connecticut and nearby Rhode Island, but has worked with clients in Florida, New York and California.
He is currently the newsroom web developer for The Day, one of the few remaining independent daily newspapers, in New London, Conn., where he has worked for the past 10 years.
Joe has worked in web development for nearly 20 years; before that, he was a newspaper reporter and copy editor, and served a stint as director of operations and web developer for the former Newport International Film Festival. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where he majored in journalism.
